Lexus has launched the new 2018 version of  ES 300h hybrid sedan in India at a price of Rs 59.13 lakh (ex-showroom India). This model is based on the new K (GA-K) platform and It is the seventh-gen model. Toyot was first introduced the renowned and much awaited luxury brand Lexus in India lastt year.

The 2018 Lexus ES 300h is powered by a BSVI-compliant hybrid powertrain, which is a combination of 2.5-litre engine and high-output electric motor. The petrol engine alone pumps out 178PS of power and 213Nm of torque. The electric motor, on the other hand, generates 119PS of power and 270Nm of torque. The power is transfered to front wheels via e-CVT Transmission unit. This model claim fuel-efficiency figures of 22.37kmpl.

This model have lot of luxury features as like other Lexus models. And, this model continues to be offered as CBU (completely built unit). The 2018 Lexus ES 300h will compete against the rivals like Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Volvo S90 and Jaguar XF.
