Honda Cars India has launched the updated 2018 Jazz in India with starting price of Rs 7.35 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). After three years of its introduction, the third-gen Honda Jazz gets new features and some cosmetic updates. Apart from this changes, this model not get big updates. And it’s now available in some new varians and two new colors.

Variant wise Delhi showroom price details:

Petrol - 

• V MT - Rs 7.35 lakhs
• VX MT - Rs 7.79 lakhs
• V CVT - Rs 8.55 lakhs
• VX CVT - Rs 8.99 lakhs

Diesel -

• S MT - 8.05 lakhs
• V MT - Rs 8.85 lakhs
• VX MT - Rs 9.29 lakhs

The new 2018 Honda Jazz gets the new features such as push-button start/stop, new 7-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and new front centre armrest. This model also gets the new updated LED tail lamps. Sadly, Honda has also discontinued the classic Magic seats of the Jazz. And, this model available with two new color options.

Mechanically, this model remains the same 1.2 - liter i-VTEC petrol and 1.5 - liter i-DTEC diesel engine options. This petrol engine delivers the power of 90 bhp (6000 rpm) and torque of 110Nm (4800rpm). and  the diesel engine delivers the power of 100 bhp (3600 rpm) and torque of 200Nm (1750rpm).  While the petrol comes with either a 5-speed manual or a 7-step CVT and the diesel comes coupled with a 6-speed manual transmission. The new 2018 Honda Jazz compete against the rivals like  Maruti Suzuki Baleno,  Volkswagen Polo and Hyundai Elite i20.
