Suzuki was first unveiled the all new Burgman Street at the Auto Expo 2018 in Greater Noida. And, Suzuki dealerships across the country have already started accepting bookings for the scooter. The booking amount for Burgman Street 125 varies between Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 depending on the dealership. And, Now the Japanese manufacturer has confirmed that it will launch the Burgman Street on the 19th of July. This model is developed in maxi-scooter design styling. This model give different kind of look compared to conventional scoote models. When launched, it will go up against the Honda Grazia, the TVS NTORQ and the Aprilia SR 125.
The Burgman Street have the large windscreen, exposed handlebars, LED headlamp, fully digital instrument console and LED tail lights. Mechanically, this model gets the 124cc, air-cooled engine which was already available in Suzuki Access. It delivers maximum 8.7PS of power at 7,000rpm and 10.2Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. And this power is transfered to wheels via CVT gearbox. And braking duties are carried by disc brake in front and a drum unit at the rear.
