Kawasak has launched the locally assembled Ninja ZX-10R and Ninja ZX-10RR at price of Rs 12.80 lakh  and Rs 16.10 lakh (Both ex-showroom Delhi) respectively. These bikes will now arrive via the SKD (semi-knocked down) route and be assembled at Kawasaki’s plant in Chakan, Pune. So, the price drops around Rs 6 lakhs.

Both these models available with the in-line 4-cylinder, 998 cc capacity engine. This petrol engine delivers the power of 200 bhp (13,000 rpm) / 210 bhp (13,000 rpm) [Ram Air]  and torque of 113.5Nm (11,500rpm). We expect, this model gives mileage of 10 - 15 Kmpl. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox.  Braking duties are carried by 330mm twin discs in front and 220mm dia disc in rear. And ABS is offered as standard.
