Mahindra XUV300 To Be Launched On February 14

Mahindra has announced that the XUV300 will be launched on 14 February 2019.  The bookings are already open for the sub-compact SUV across all authorised dealerships and official website. You can able to book the vehicle with tocken amount of Rs 11,000. The XUV300 dveloped based on SsangYong Tivoli and shares its platform and styling. 

This new sub-4m compact SUV will be a third sub-4 metre product after the TUV300 and Nuvosport. This model have lot of changes compared to Ssangyong Tivoli. And, it will gets lot of segment first features and usual LED DRL, projector head lamps, ABS with EBD and etc,. Mahindra has not use the exact same design of SsangYong Tivoli and made lot of changes in exterior. This model also gets some design cues from XUV500 inspired from cheetah. The cabin of the XUV300 appears to be the same as the SsangYong Tivoli. It gets dual-tone beige-and-black interior with leather upholstery.

The XUV300 will be powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel unit from Marazzo. But, Mahindra has not revealed the performance details about the engine. Both engines will be available with a 6-speed manual transmission only. And, this model will be available in four different variants - W4, W6, W8 and W8 (O). The XUV300 expect to be priced between Rs 8 lakh to Rs 12 lakh. This model will give tough competetion to the sub-4m SUV's likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V and Tata Nexon.
