Land Rover launched the petrol variant of Discovery Sport in India at Delhi showroom price of Rs. 56.5 lakh. This petrol engine will be offered in the HSE variant only.  In this model has not been any change other than the engine.

So far, this model available only with 2.2-litre TD4 and SD4 diesel engine. The 2.2-litre TD4 engine delivers the power of 150 bhp and torque of 400 Nm. And, 2.2-litre SD4 engine delivers the power of 190 bhp and torque of 400 Nm. Now the new 2.0 liter petrol version also has joined this range.  

This 2.0 liter petrol engine delivers the power of 237 bhp and torque of 340 Nm. All Discovery sport variants are comes with nine-speed automatic transmission and All wheel drive system. And this model available with 5 and 7 seat options.
