Hyundai will going to start accept the pre-booking of upcoming model code named as AH2. And, its likely to called as Santro. And, this model scheduled to be launched on October 23. Hyundai already announed the naming campaign for this model, and Hyundai received most of suggetion for Santro. 

The AH2 has been developed on Hyundai's more rigid HA platform that also underpinned the i10.  It will also get  dual airbags, ABS and rear parking sensors. And, Hyundai not revealed about any engine and powertrain details. However, it also likely to get the option of an AMT gearbox. When launched, the AH2 is expected to rival the likes of Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Tata Tiago, Renault Kwid and Maruti Suzuki WagonR.
