Tata Motors has officially start accept the bookings for Nexon AMT with token amount of Rs 11,000 across all dealerships in India. The AMT version of Nexon expect to hit the Indian roads in couple of weeks. The Nexon AMT is available in both petrol and the diesel engine options.

The Nexon AMT is available with 1.2 liter 3 cylinder Revotron petrol and 1.5 liter 4 cylinder Revotorq diesel engines. The 1198cc Revotron petrol engine delivers 110 PS @ 5,000rpm of power and 170Nm @ 2,000-4,000rpm of torque. And the other hand the 1496cc Revotorq diesel engine delivers 110PS @ 3,750rpm of power and 260Nm @ 1,500-2,750rpm of torque. Both the engines will be mated to a brand new 6-speed automatic gearbox. And this diesel engine have Eco, City, and Sport driving modes.

As of now, the AMT are being offered only with the top-spec XZ+ trim. And there is now news about lower variant AMT versions. We need to wait for the full detais of Nexon AMT untill the launch event.
