Renault has unveiled the next generation Fluence with name of the Megane Grand Coupe. The current  Renault Fluence is a sedan version of the third-generation Megane hatchback. But Renault drop the Fluence name from its fourth generation Megane sedan.

Renault designed this car with next generation design elements such as day time LED lights, rear LED, panoramic sunroof, 8.7-inch multimedia tablet — R-Link 2 infotainment system, Multi-Sense, Easy Park Assist and etc,. Mechanically, it will come with two petrol and two diesel engine options internationally. The petrol variants will feature a 1.6-litre naturally aspirated and 1.2-litre turbocharged engine. The diesel variants will feature a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated and 1.6-litre turbocharged engine.

But the Indian version only have naturally aspirated 1.6 liter petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engines. This power transferred to wheel with six speed manual gearbox or CVT or seven-speed dual-clutch. This model will compete against Volkswagen Jeta and Chevrolet Cruz.
