The German luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz will launch the GLS SUV in India on May 18. Previous GL-Class is now called the GLS, under Benz's new nomenclature. And this is called S-class of SUV. Mercedes-Benz is planning to launch 12 new models within this year. As per planning already three models are launched. This is the fourth model for this year.

In this new model some cosmetic changes are made in interior and exterior. In exterior, new LED head and tail lights, new alloy wheel and new grill are given. In interior, new three spoke steering wheel, new leather seats and Benz's new COMAND infotainment system are given. It gives as the one-stop source for audio, navigation, the reverse camera display, and various menus.

The 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel engine is expected to be available in this model. The 9-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive system is also available in this model. Complete details are visible only after launch.
