Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV Concept Revealed In China
Mercedes-Benz has officially revealed the GLB SUV concept in 2019 Shanghai auto show. The GLB will be positioned between the GLA and GLC. The Mercedes-Benz GLB looks like proper boxy SUVs, not like GLA and GLC, which look more like crossovers.
Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV Concept measures 4634mm in length, 1890mm in width and 1900mm in height, while the wheelbase is 2829mm, and it’s almost the same size as the India-spec GLC. The GLB concept features black cladding all around the body. The Concept GLB is a 7-seater and it’s the first Mercedes-Benz compact SUV to feature a three-row layout. The interior of the GLB concept is finished in brown, but expect the production model not get this.
Mercedes-Benz has not yet revealed the powertrain details of GLB SUV Concept. And, this model expect to come with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and Mercedes-Benz’ 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive system. Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV Concept expect to hit the Indian roads around 2020 and it will be priced between GLA and GLC.
