Tata revealed the most of the details of Nexon compact SUV in recent days. And this model have lot of new features wich was the first in this segment. his model introduced in 2016 Delhi Auto expo. And this model is designed in Tatas new Impact design philosophy. According to Tata, the Nexon is a short form of NEXt-ON.

This model going to be available with 1.2 liter 3 cylinder Revotron petrol and 1.5 liter 4 cylinder Revotorq diesel engines. The 1198cc Revotron petrol engine delivers 110 PS @ 5,000rpm of power and 170Nm @ 2,000-4,000rpm of torque. And the other hand the 1496cc Revotorq diesel engine delivers 110PS @ 3,750rpm of power and 260Nm @ 1,500-2,750rpm of torque. Both the engines will be mated to a brand new 6-speed manual gearbox. And this diesel engine have Eco, City, and Sport driving modes.

Inspired from Tata Motors’ British luxury division, Jaguar Land Rover, the Nexon comes with an Activity Wristband Key.

This model gets lot of features such as projector headlamps and LED DRL's that we expect to be limited to the top trims, along with automatic climate control, reverse camera, touch screen infotainment and etc,. And also this model expect to come with AMT option. This model will give tough competition to Maruti Suzuki Vitara Breeza and Ford Ecosport.
