Hyundai has launched the 2018 i20 Active facelift in India with starting Chennai showroom price of Rs 7.04 lakh. This is the cross over version of Hyundai Elite i20 hatch. This second gen Hyundai Elite i20 was launched in 2018 Delhi Auto expo last feb. The new 2018 i20 Active Facelift gets the some cosmetic updates on both interior and exterior and with new additional color options. And this model gets the same engine options.

The aesthetic changes have mostly been carried out at the front and rear compared to other sides. The new i20 Active gets new grill, new bumper design on both front and rear. The tail lamps feature LED graphics and also this model gets redesigned the rear layout. There are a bunch of changes inside the cabin too. The interior in the top spec trim will be offered with a new seven-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android auto with navigation, and multi-function steering wheel.

Mechanically, this model remains the same 1.2 - liter petrol and 1.4 liter diesel engine options. The petrol engine delivers the power of 83 bhp (6000 rpm) and torque of 117Nm (4000rpm) and the diesel engine delivers the power of 90 bhp (4000 rpm) and torque of 224Nm (1750-2500rpm). The new Hyundai i20 Active Facelift available with seven color options such as Earth Brown, Sleek Silver, Fiery Red, Polar White, Earth Brown Dual Tone, Polar White Dual Tone and Marina Blue Dual Tone.
