The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios has been launched in India with prices starting at Rs 4.99 lakhs (All-India Ex-showroom introductory).  This model gets BS6-compliant 1.2-litre petrol and BS6-ready diesel engine with an optional AMT for both. There are 10 variants (seven petrol and three diesel) across six colour options and, for the first time, Hyundai is offering a diesel AMT as well. Price wise, this model under cuts the Maruti Swift and Ford Figo.

The exterior look of the new Grand i10 NIOS features all new design. The signature Hyundai cascading grille design giving wider and stronger appeal to the vehicle. And, it give more sporty look. The interior also gets lot of updates and more spacious. The new Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS is expected to be bigger than the second-gen model. This model gets the lot of features like previous gen model suc as projector head lamps, LED day time running lights, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Airbag, ABS and etc,.

The Grand i10 Nios has carry forward the same 1.2-litre petrol and diesel engines as the second-gen model. But, it offers with BS6-compliant 1.2-litre petrol and BS6-ready diesel engine. The 1.2-litre Kappa Dual VTVT petrol engine makes 83PS of max power and 114Nm of max torque. And, The 1.2-litre, U2 CRDi diesel engine makes 75PS of max power at 4,000rpm with the peak torque rated at 190Nm@1,750-2,250rpm. Both, these engine available with 5-speed manual and automatic transmission options. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios features a segment-first variable warranty plan with options such as 3years/1 lakh km, 4 years/50,000 km and 5 years/ 40,000km.
