Sub-4 meter compact sedan segment is hot segment in India now. Here, we will see the detailed comparison between Ford Aspire, Maruti Suzuki Dzire And Honda Amaze in this news secttion.

Ford Aspire:
Mechanically, this model reamins the same 1.5-litre, TDCi diesel engine, new 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Dragon series petrol engine and new 1.5 liter petrol engine options. The 1.2 liter Dragon petrol engine delivers 96PS of power and 120Nm of peak torque. It the most powerful 1.2-litre, naturally-aspirated petrol engine in the Indian market. And 1.5 liter diesel engine delivers 100PS of power and 215Nm of torque. And these two engines are available with 5-speed manual transmission only.

The new 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine delivers the power of 123PS and torque of 150Nm mated to a 6-speed torque converter AT. This engine also offered in Ford EcoSport.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire:
Under the hood, Maruti Suzuki is offering the same set of petrol and diesel engines as before. While the 1.2-litre petrol motor is tuned to produce 83PS/113Nm, the 1.3-litre diesel generates 75PS/190Nm. These engines can either be had with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automated manual transmission. While the petrol-powered manual and AMT variants can return 22.0kmpl, the manual and AMT diesels can clock 28.4kmpl of milage.

Honda Amaze:
Mechanically this model remains the same 1.2 liter petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engine. While the petrol engine develops 90bhp (6000 rpm)  of power and 110Nm (4800rpm) of torque, the diesel engine develops  100 bhp (3600 rpm) of power and 200Nm (1750rpm) of torque. And Automatic gear box is available in both diesel and petrol engine options.
