German auto maker Audi has launched the facelifted version of its A3 with a starting Delhi showroom price of Rs 30.05 lakh. The all new A3 receives some cosmetic and mechanical updates. It is priced at Rs 30.5 lakh for the petrol version (35 TFSI) and Rs 32.30 lakh for the diesel (35 TDI) (all prices, ex-showroom, New Delhi).

The lot of new changes are given in front such as LED headlamps, which houses Audi's famous LED daytime running lights, new hexagonal grille and redeisgned bumper. At the back, the revamped A3 gets newly designed bumper and taillights. In inside it gets newly designed three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, 7-inch infotainment screen, flat instrument panel and four AC vents on the dashboard.

Mechanical duties are carried out by a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine and 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine. The petrol engine  develops 150PS of power and 250Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed 'S-tronic' gearbox and power transferred to front wheels. Audi has equipped the engine with COD (Cylinder On Demand) tech, which enables temporary cylinder shut-off when the engine is operating on partial load. ARAI certified fuel efficiency is rated at 19.2 kmpl.

The diesel engine develops 150PS of power and 250Nm of torque  and is coupled to a six-speed DSG automatic transmission.
