Mahindra will be launching the 2018 XUV500 facelift in India on April 18, 2018. And the new 2018 XUV get some cosmetic updates on both interior and exterior. And this model may get some performance updates also. We can able to see lot of spy images of the new Mahindra XUV500 Facelift in wesites in recent days. 

From the spy images, 2018 Mahindra XUV500 Facelift  gets the bunch of cosmetic updates like a new radiator grille, new projector headlamps with new LED daytime running lights, new front bumper, new alloys, new taillamp units, restyled tailgate,  larger number plate housing, new rear bumper, new roof-mounted spoiler with integrated brake light and etc,.  This model also get some cosmetic upadates on iterior and comes with some new features. 

Mechanically, this model remais the same 2.2 liter mHawk engine. But, now expected to make more power and torque. The existing engines delivers the power of 140 bhp (3750 rpm) and torque of 330Nm (1600-2800 rpm). The SUV will also come with the existing 2.2-litre mHawk petrol engine. We expect the 2018 Mahindra XUV500 to come with a slightly premium price tag. The new 2018 XUV500 will compete against the rivals like Tata Hexa, Jeep Compass and Renault Captur.
