Kawasaki Versys X-300 launched in India With Price Of Rs 4.6 lakhs

Kawasaki has launched the new Versys X-300 with Mumbai ex-showroom price of  Rs 4.6 lakhs in India. The bike is the Kawasaki’s small-capacity and entry level adventure touring motorcycle and is being assembled at their new Chakan plant in Pune. 

This model have the same 296cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine which was available in Kawasaki Z300 and Kawasaki Ninja 300. It delivers 38.9PS of power and 27Nm of torque. And this power transfered to wheels via six-speed gearbox comes with a slipper clutch. The Versys X-300 comes with a single 290mm petal disc at the front and a 220mm petal disc at the rear. And this model have ABS as standard. 

The Versys X-300 gets a long-travel suspension with telescopic forks at the front and a gas-charged adjustable preload monoshock at the rear. This will give comfort while riding. This bike also gets a 17-litre fuel tank for longer travel. The Versys X-300 is the only small capacity touring bike in India with this price range currently.  The Royal Enfield Himalayan is only rival in India but, price is very low compared to Kawasaki Versys X-300.
