Honda has launched a special edition of the CB Hornet 160R in India. The new edition gets a new paint scheme and body graphics. is available in both the standard and CBS variants. It has been priced at Rs.82,796  for the standard trim and Rs .87,296 (both ex-showroom, Chennai) for the CBS trim. That means the special edition costs around Rs 999 extra over the single-tone colour options.

This model designed in naked model type. This model is available with same engine as fitted in Honda CB-Unicorn 160. In this model, the 1-cylinder and 162.71cc capacity engine is fitted. This petrol engine delivers the power of 15.7 bhp (8500 rpm) and torque of 14.76 Nm (6500rpm). As per ARAI certification, this model gives mileage of 47 Kmpl. This bike reach top speed of 100 Kmph.

This model is available in two variants one with front wheel disc break and other with both wheel disc break. complete digital instrument, rear LED lights and mono suspension are some of the special features. This model compete against Suzuki - Gixxer and Yamaha - FZS.
