Benelli Leoncino 250 Launched In India At Rs 2.50 lakh
Benelli has launched the Leoncino 250 in India with price of Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom, India). This model is designed in neo-retro look. Official bookings for the scrambler are underway on Benelli India’s website for a token amount of Rs 6,000.
In terms of design, the Leoncino 250 carries forward the same styling elements as its bigger cousin, the Leoncino 500. It gets a scrambler-like round full-LED headlamp, cylindrical tail lamp and LED indicators. The Leoncino 250 comes with four paint options: white, anthracite, red and brown.
Mechanically, this model gets a single-cylinder 249cc liquid-cooled motor, which churns out 25.8PS of power and 21Nm of torque. And, the transmission duties are handled by a six-speed gearbox. The entry-level Benelli comes equipped with a single 280mm disc at the front and a 240mm disc at the rear, with dual-channel ABS offered as a standard fitment. And, it also gets a big fat 41mm upside-down fork up front and rear monoshock. The deliveries to take place by end of this month.
