Suzuki has launched the special edition models of entry level cruiser, Intruder 150 and Intruder 150 FI with Chennai showroom price of Rs 1,04,667 and Rs 1,11,467 respectively. The special edition models get a matte black paint scheme with a dark gloss red paint accent and  pillion backrest mounted on the rear grabrail, remains everything was unchanged.

Mechanically, this model remains the same 154.9 cc capacity 1-cylinder engine which was available in Gixxer FI, but different state of tune. This engine delivers the power of 14.8ps@8000rpm and torque of 14Nm@6000rpm. The bike also gets anti-lock braking system (ABS) just like the one on the Gixxer SF. The five-speed gearbox is also borrowed from the Gixxer, but in different gear ratios. 

The Intruder borrows the frame, suspension, brakes, wheels and tyres from the Gixxer 150 with some modifications. And this model have smart digital instrumentaion system, Led tail lamp, Sharp twin exhaust and Intruder style headlamp.
