The Gurugram based India electric scooter manufacturer, Okinawa launched the new Praise electric scooter with Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 59,889. The Okinawa already sold the Ridge electric scooter in India. Now they launched the second electric scooter model in India. And this model have lot of improvements in all the aspects compared to previous model. 

The Praise a gets large body-mounted headlamp with LED DRLs. And its look like Honda Dio. The suspension duties are carried by telescopic gas-charged suspension at the front and dual gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. And it gets twin disc brakes at the front and single disc brake at rear. This scooter also gets features such as anti-theft sensor and find-my-scooter. And its have 12-inch tubeless tyre.

The Praise gets a 2500 watt BLDC motor with 72V/45Ah VRLA battery with a charging time of 6-8 hours. And this model also have 72V/45Ah Lithium-ion battery as option which claims charge time of one hour. And this scooter claims to travel from 170 to 200 kilometres on a single charge and top speed of 75 Kmph. It will also climb a 22-degree gradient. This model also have three driving modes - Economy, Sporty and Turbo. And Economy gives top speed of 35kmph; Sporty gives a top speed of 65kmph; and Turbo gives it a top speed of 75kmph.
