Honda Again Launched CBR250R In India
Honda has launched the 2018 version of CBR250R again in India with starting Chennai showroom price of Rs 1.66 lakh. This bike was discontinued last year April when the BS-IV emission norms kicked. The non-ABS version has been priced at Rs 1.66 lakhs whereas the ABS version gets a price tag of Rs 1.96 lakhs (both ex-showroom Chennai).
Visually, the 2018 Honda CBR250R not get the big updates. However, this model gets the new LED headlight unit, new paint schemes and graphics. The bike is now available in four colours such as Matte Axis Gray Metallic with Mars Orange, Matte Axis Gray Metallic with Striking Green, Pearl Sports Yellow and Sports Red.
Mechanically, this model gets the same 249cc single cylinder engine with BS-IV norms. This engine delivers max power of 26.5 bhp (8500 rpm) and peak torque of 22.9 Nm (7000rpm) . This motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox. And, this model will compete against the TVS Apache RR 310 and KTM RC200.
