Mahindra launched  the new Nuvosport compact SUVat the Delhi showroom starting price of Rs.7.42 lakh. This model has the replacement of Quanto. 

Front side of this model was fully changed, but the back side gives Quanto like appearance. This model was developed on the platform of the next generation Scorpio. So, it will lighter than the Quanto. Mahindra said this name derives from its sporty styling.

The same 1.5 liter mHawk diesel engine available in Quanto has been fitted in this model. This engine delivers the power of100 bhp (3750 rpm)  and torque of  240Nm (1600-2800rpm). This model now additionaly available with AMT also. And this model available in six colours includes red, orange, blue, white, black and silver.

This model compete against Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford Ecosport and Mahindra TUV300. Mahindra now sold three different model in under four meter length compact SUV segment.
