Maruti Suzuki has officially opened bookings for the new gen 2018 Ertiga few days back. You can able to book with amount of Rs 11,000 in all official showrooms in India or Maruti's official website. 2018 Ertiga will be launched on tomorrow (21 November 2018) and it will be sold via Maruti’s Arena dealerships and not Nexa. And, It will be available in 4 variants: L, V, Z and Z+. This model also expect to get the AMT option only in petrol engine.

The new-gen model developed in Heartect platform, which it shares with the Dzire, Ignis, Baleno and Swift. This model have lot of changes in design on both interior and exterior, features and etc,. And the New-gen model is bigger in size compare to existing model. On the exterior, this model gets the new front grill, head lamps, new alloy wheels, new side lines, new rear lights, new rear design layout, front and rear bumper and etc,. And the interior is entirely new with new design and new features. This model now gets flat bottom steering wheels. The dashboard also gets wood inserts and a new 6.8-inch infotainment system. The new Ertiga measures 4,395x1735x1690mm in dimensions and the wheelbase remains the same at 2,740mm.

In India, this model remais the same 1.4-liter petrol and 1.3 liter diesel engine under the hood. This petrol engine delivers the power of 95 bhp (6000 rpm) and torque of 130Nm (4000 rpm). And the diesel engine delivers the power of 90 bhp (4000 rpm) and torque of 200Nm (1750 rpm).  This model has also expect to get the new 1.5-litre petrol unit that also powers the Ciaz facelift.
