Almost a month after the launch of the BR-V, Honda has now released the status of booking. Honda announced that BR-V received 9,000 bookings so far. As a result, the waiting period has extended up to two months. But, compared to the sales and booking of other models in this segment this is significantly low.

Honda revealed this model in 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. This model is designed on Brio platform. Large chrome front grille, fog lights, projector head lights, rear LED lights and day time running LED lights are given in this model. Front side of this car look like CR-V. The same side profile design used in Amaze and Brio is given in this model too. This model available in six colours such as Carnelian red pearl, Orchid white pearl, Urban titanium metallic, Taffeta white, Golden brown metallic and Alabaster silver metallic.

The model will be equipped with 7 sear layout. This model will be available in 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engines. This petrol engine delivers the power of 119 hp (6600 rpm) and torque of 145 Nm (4600 rpm). And diesel engine delivers the power of 100 hp (3600 rpm) and torque of 200Nm (1750rpm). The CVT automatic gear box is available only in petrol engine variants.

This model will compete against Hyundai Creta and Renault Duster.
