Ford recalls 48,700 EcoSport compact SUV

Ford has announced the recall of the 48,700 EcoSport compact SUV, due to the bundle clips on the fuel and brake lines issue and the mounting bolts for the rear seats issue. Ford has directly contacting their customers for the recall.

Ford says that the bundle clips on the fuel and brake lines issue was suspected on 48,000 units of the diesel EcoSport manufactured from April 2013 to June 2014. and the mounting bolts for the rear seat issue was suspected on 700 cars manufactured between January and February 2016. Ford has assured that no customer complaints and accidents have been reported regarding this.
