Audi has launched its flagship SUV, the Q7, with new petrol engine option. It is available in two variants such as Premium Plus and Technology. While the Premium Plus is priced at Rs 67.76 lakh, the Technology is priced Rs 74.43 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). 

Bothe these variants are not have any design change and feature upgrades compared to diesel engine model. This model is powered by the 2.0-litre, turbocharged petrol engine. The engine is develop 252Bhp of maximum power and 370Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels via Audi’s quattro drive system. The petrol-powered Q7 accelerates from 0-100kmph in 6.8 seconds, which is 0.3 seconds faster than its diesel-powered sibling. The ARAI certified fuel-efficiency for the petrol Q7 is clocked at 11.68kmpl.

This model will go agains BMW X5 xDrive35i, Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Mercedes-Benz GLE 400 4MATIC in Indian market.
