Hyundai has launched the all new Santro in India at starting price of Rs 3.9 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The all-new Hyundai Santro will be offered in five trims, seven colour options and it has a company-fitted CNG and AMT also. The Santro was originally launched in India on the year of 1998 and it was sell upto 2014. And now Hyundai again re-introduced the Santro brand in India.

The Hyundai has only reuse the name again, but this model was developped entirely new. Hyundai was select this name with the naming campaign. he all new Hyundai Santro has been developed on Hyundai's more rigid HA platform that also underpinned the i10. This model gets the lot of comfort features  - rear AC vents, power windows, electrically adjustable mirrors, height adjustable driver seat, 17.64cm touchscreen infotainment system, steering mounted audio controls and etc,. It also get some safety features - dual airbags, ABS and rear parking sensors.

This model is equipped with the most reliable 4-Cylinder 1.1 Litre Petrol engine. This Engine is capable of a maximum power of 69ps at 5,500 rpm (for Petrol) and 59ps at 5,500 rpm (for CNG) and 99Nm torque at 4,500 rpm (for Petrol) and 84Nm torque at 4,500 rpm (for CNG). This power is transfered to front wheels via 5 speed manual transmission or AMT. The All New Hyundai Santro is expected to rival the likes of Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Tata Tiago, Renault Kwid and Maruti Suzuki WagonR.
